The B23 data platform is an artificial intelligence engine to discover, transform, and synthesize data from a variety of sources to provide unique and predictive insights.
Capabilities
At B23, we build high value Big Data and Cloud analytics solutions that bring data closer to the consumer for analysis.
We understand that in today’s fast paced business environment organizations don’t have time to waste waiting on IT. B23 empowers the enterprise to ingest raw data and rapidly transform it to competitive intelligence.
Focus Areas
ALTERNATIVE DATA FOR FINANCE
Alternative data provided by B23 allows our customers to gain a unique advantage when assessing the performance of markets and businesses. Our alternative data sources are generating difficult-to-find alpha for our customers, and providing actionable insights to traders and investors. B23 uses both esoteric and well known alternative finance data to generate the most complete composite analysis of markets and businesses for our customers.
PREDICT THE FUTURE WITH EASE
B23 builds upon our years of experience in the most technically progressive environments to provide customizable and technically advanced syndicated research products. Our syndicated data research reports using artificial intelligence (“AI”) have enabled institutional investors, marketers, and real-estate investors who want to bypass the challenges, delays, and risks associated with doing it themselves.
Data Discovery & Synthesis
B23’s Cloud-based Data Platform allows organizations to discover, acquire, and synthesize disparate data sources in minutes. Our proprietary automation technology makes it possible for data scientists, quants, and research analysts to start analyzing data quickly. The B23 Data Platform is used by customers in a variety of industries to accelerate their ability to leverage artificial intelligence.
ALTERNATIVE DATA FOR REAL ESTATE
B23’s collection of multiple mobile-sourced geolocation data sets allows for detailed foot traffic trends and predictions at any scale. View property level foot traffic, or larger geographic boundaries – anything is possible. We develop our own set of places-of-interest (“POI”) polygons in order to provide the most precise and customizable geographic analysis.

VISUALIZATION
B23 is well versed with many open source JavaScript and commercial visualization applications that enable analysts, data scientists and stakeholders to collaborate and make informed decisions.ANALYTICAL PROCESSING FRAMEWORKS (ALGORITHMS)
B23 helps scale our customers’ custom algorithms on platforms that meet their data size and temporal requirements. We assist implementing algorithms for real-time, micro-batch, and batch processing requirements.DATA STREAMING AND INGEST
B23 uses modern data ingest and streaming technologies to get data from its source to where it can be analyzed. We select the right technology to meet source requirements, data types, throughput, latency, and analytical framework requirements.DATA ACCESS
The nexus between infrastructure and data is what B23 calls the data access layer. B23 uses a variety of applications that are best suited for our customers’ data structure, scheme, scalability, durability, and analytical requirements.INFRASTRUCTURE ABSTRACTION
Infrastructure abstraction and resource management helps organizations use their existing resources more efficiently. Abstracting resources across Cloud providers, compute clusters, or even single machines empowers our customers to gain more control in deciding how to best manage their infrastructure.PROGRAMMABLE INFRASTRUCTURE
Programmable Infrastructure is the key foundation to building dynamic and automated analytical platforms. B23 uses Cloud Application Programmable Interfaces (API’s) and Software Development Kits (SDK’s) to automate the management of software defined networks, software defined storage, and virtualized machines.
